Every piece is entirely hand-stitched. Saddle stitching is a technique where thread passes through both sides of the leather, creating a 'locked' stitch that is more durable and repairable than machine construction.

Cut edges are creased, sanded smooth and then painted by hand with specialized water based paint. The edge paint is sanded smooth and reapplied as many as 4 or 5 times depending on the edge, before polishing perfectly smooth with heat to obtain a refined, durable edge.
